My dream is not working in the fashion business because I have a creative background and designing experience, it could be difficult to jump in a marketing analysis-based office where numbers, formulas and numerical analysis count a lot, and working for an ingredient brand, renown supplier of luxury brands for a niche brand. it is better not to apply for this kind of position.

One of my skills is creating concepts and building the collection lines by imbuing designs with a sense of history and past and future-oriented. According to “Geoffrey Chaucer”, an English poet: he wrote, “There’s never a new fashion but it’s old.” Fashion is a balancing act between the past and the future. So, what makes a company fashionable is its capability to take inspiration from the past, and then give this past a contemporary flair. For this I need a heritage, I need an archive, but then I need to adapt the product to the contemporary needs. I need to use different fabrics: lighter and more comfortable. I need to evolute it, maybe not revolutionize the shapes of what I am doing. Behind the beautiful dress, there is much more than the creativity of the design. There is as well the innovation of research and creativity that was made by textile companies.

Designers are not just talented inventors. They become a very powerful communication tool. They are the ones endorsing the brand’s values.

Giorgio Armani is my only teacher. I am not and have never been a revolutionary stylist, but I am innovative, and I always try to dress my woman with new ideas. all the elements and all the cultural mixes of today’s world gives fashion a certain vitality, a new energy but I want to keep my culture in people’s mind.  I am not interested in theater and tailoring and conceptual fashion. I like cleaning women’s eyes. I love precise design and purity. I like working on textile variation because the fabric itself does the talking. I use the past to always look forward. I mean I love the present, but I also love the past. It is important to stay connected to the history of your culture. For me, the debate between nostalgia and modernity is fundamental. I do not like unfished works that they lose their operation.
